Sales & Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Assists in acquiring new prospects, maximizing sales with current customers and retaining key accounts.
Assists in preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
Assists in handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Assists in preparing sales reports and other required reports on a timely basis.
Assists in the preparation of quotation/ tender document.
Carries out other tasks or projects being assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
At least 1-2 years(s) of working experience in related field is an added advantage.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and spoken.
Possess own transport and willing to travel whenever required.
Willing to learn, dynamic, dedicated, passionate and value teamwork.
Positive working attitude and result-oriented person.
Team player and also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
