Sales Account Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of quotation/ tender document.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Develop positive relationships with clients.
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide support to IT Department whenever required.
Carries out other tasks or projects being assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Excellent/ Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and spoken.
Willing to travel whenever required.
Willing to learn, dynamic, dedicated, passionate and value teamwork.
Positive working attitude and result-oriented person.
Team player and also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Healthy and self-motivated person.
